Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To request a return, contact sk9324093@gmail.com before sending the item. Approved returns will receive a return label and instructions. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported immediately. Certain items, including perishables, personalized products, beauty products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards, are non-returnable. EU customers may return orders within 14 days under the cooling-off period.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, though your bank may take additional time to process it.
